Pedestrian Hit and Injured by Car on Clayton Road near Denkinger Court in Concord
Concord, California (September 12, 2020) – A woman was seriously injured after being struck by a car in Concord on Friday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 8:15 p.m. September 11, on Clayton Road near Denkinger Court.
A 50-year-old woman was walking in the area when she was hit by a car driven by a 53-year-old woman.
The woman sustained serious injuries in the accident and was transported to John Muir Walnut Creek for treatment.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
