At Least 1 Injured in Willits Car Collision at Sherwood and First Gate Roads
Willits, California (November 19, 2019) – Authorities said at least one person was injured when two vehicles collided Tuesday morning in Willits.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at about 8:12 a.m. at Sherman and First Gate roads.
A Honda sedan and a 4-door Hyundai sedan collided head-on for unknown reasons. The Hyundai ended up off the roadway after the impact.
Responding paramedics confirmed that major injuries were sustained in the accident.
Tow trucks were needed to remove the vehicles from the scene.
CHP is investigating the crash.
