Woman Killed, Dung Kha Arrested after Westminster Crash on Westminster Boulevard and Goldenwest Street
Westminster, California (December 16, 2019) – A woman was killed in a hit-and-run collision on Sunday evening in Westminster, according to the authorities.
The deadly crash happened at about 6 p.m. on December 15, at Westminster Boulevard and Goldenwest Street.
Police found the victim in the street with major injuries.
Woman Killed in Westminster Hit-And-Run Pedestrian Crash
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash.
The driver who hit the woman fled the scene but police were able to identify him shortly after.
The suspect, identified as Dung Kha, was arrested in connection with the incident.
The crash remains under investigation.
