2 Injured in Westhaven Car Accident on North Westhaven Drive
Westhaven, California (July 13, 2020) – Two people were injured following a fiery head-on crash that happened Sunday evening near Westhaven in Humboldt County, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The major injury collision happened at around 5:58 p.m. Sunday, July 12, in the 1200 block of North Westhaven Drive.
According to the CHP report, a red sedan and a blue pickup collided head-on on North Westhaven Drive South. The red sedan caught fire after the impact.

Firefighters along the paramedics responded to the scene to render aid to the involved parties. Authorities said one patient sustained a possible broken wrist while another suffered minor injuries.
The names and conditions of the injured parties were not immediately released.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
