At Least 1 Injured in West Covina Crash on 10 Freeway near S Azusa Avenue
West Covina, California (April 29, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a major injury car accident that happened Tuesday night on a freeway in West Covina.
As per the report, the crash took place at about 8:25 p.m. on eastbound 10 Freeway, just west of South Azusa Avenue.
A black Infiniti and a silver Toyota Tundra collided for unknown reasons.
At least one person suffered major injuries in the accident. The patient was hospitalized in unknown condition.
CHP said two other collisions with no injuries reported occurred in the same area at around the same time. One was a hit-and-run involving a white Honda Civic and a silver BMW and another involving a Jeep Cherokee and a white Honda Civic that caused property damage.
CHP is investigating the collisions.
