At Least One Seriously Injured in Vista Car Accident on State Route 78 near Vista Village Drive
Vista, California (December 10, 2019) – At least one person was seriously injured Tuesday morning in a traffic accident involving several vehicles in Vista, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The multi-car crash took place just before 5:00 a.m. on State Route 78 near Vista Village Drive.
The CHP said several vehicles collided for unknown reasons on State Route 78.

At least one person sustained major injuries in the crash. The name and condition of the patient at this time were not disclosed.
As of 6:15 a.m., all eastbound lanes of state Route 7 were shut down following the crash.
