Victorville, California (September 19, 2020) – One person was seriously injured in a multi-vehicle accident on Friday morning in Victorville, authorities said.
The five-vehicle accident transpired at about 11:57 a.m., on September 18, at the intersection of Hook Boulevard and El Evado Road.
According to the police, a silver 2005 Honda Civic, a white 2018 GMC Sierra owned by the City of Victorville, a black 2020 Chevy Colorado, a silver 2014 Chevy Malibu, and a silver 2017 Ford Escape were involved in the accident.
First responders arrived at the scene and extricated one person from the wreckage, officials said.

The extricated patient was transported to Victor Valley Hospital and later airlifted to a trauma center for further treatment.
Traffic at the intersection was stopped for an unknown period due to the accident.
An investigation into the collision is underway.
