Victor Ruvalcava Injured in Mission Valley Pedestrian Crash on I-8
Mission Valley, California (December 10, 2019) – A man was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle while trying to help a crash victim in Mission Valley last week, according to a local news source.
The crash took place the morning of Wednesday, December 4, on Interstate 8.
According to the report, Victor Ruvalcava was driving on the interstate when he noticed a car that flipped over and ejected the driver.
Ruvalcava stopped his vehicle to go and check on the driver but he was hit by a passing SUV.

The crash left Ruvalcava with several injuries including a collapsed lung, broken ribs and leg.
