Marco Leon Killed in Downtown Los Angeles Accident on Harbor (110) Freeway
Los Angeles, California (February 2, 2020) – Authorities have released the name of the pedestrian who died after being struck by a vehicle in downtown Los Angeles on January 23 as 3-year-old Marco Leon, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The fatal crash took place on the 110 Freeway, just south of the Santa Monica (10) Freeway.
Leon was struck by a vehicle on the northbound side of the interstate under unclear circumstances.

Despite life-saving measures, Leon died in the wreck.
The involved motorist was hospitalized with minor injuries after the crash.
Meanwhile, the CHP is still investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
