SonoraCalifornia (March 4, 2021) – The 17-year-old Sonora girl who died after being struck by a vehicle Sunday evening in Sonora has been identified as Molly Burgess

The deadly suspected hit-and-run pedestrian collision took place just after 5 p.m. on Highway 49 near O’Hara Drive.

It was not immediately established how the crash occurred on February 28.
