Ventura, California (March 22, 2021) – Four people were hurt following a two-vehicle collision that occurred at an intersection in Ventura Saturday evening.

At least two vehicles crashed at the intersection of Telephone Road and Johnson Drive at about 6:30 p.m.

Although it was not immediately established how the collision occurred in the afternoon hours, one person was pinned inside the wreckage.

Ventura Collision Injures 4 Victims

Four victims, including the rescued party, were taken to Community Memorial Hospital and the Ventura County Medical Center after the wreck. One of the patients sustained moderate injuries, while the other three were treated for minor wounds.

The wreck resulted in the closure of the intersection for an unknown time.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
