5 Injured in Ventura Car Accident on Highway 101 near Victoria Avenue Off-Ramp
Ventura, California (April 24, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a three-car accident that left five people injured on Thursday night in Ventura.
The crash happened at about 7:52 p.m., April 23, on Highway 101 near the southbound Victoria Avenue off-ramp.
As per the police reports, several vehicles, for unknown reasons, collided on the roadway. One patient was extricated from one of the cars following the accident.
Five people sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate. One of the patients was transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
Victoria Avenue off-ramp was closed for a short time due to the mishap.
More details about the crash were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
