Van Nuys, California (March 22, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Sunday evening three-vehicle accident that left seven people injured in Van Nuys.
The accident occurred at about 4:35 p.m., on March 21, on the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway.
According to the California Highway Patrol, three vehicles collided on the freeway in unclear circumstances.

Seven people sustained moderate injuries in the accident and were taken to a hospital for treatment.
The CHP issued a SigAlert at 5:18 p.m. and canceled at 6:02 p.m., the officials said.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
