53-Year-Old Woman Critically Injured in Vallejo Car Crash on Lemon Street and Highway 780
Vallejo, California (June 6, 2019) – A 53-year-old woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday night in Vallejo, according to the Vallejo Police Department.
The crash occurred around 10:40 p.m. June 5, on Lemon Street at Highway 780.
Police said a 53-year-old woman from Vallejo was driving a 2014 Kia Forte southbound on Lemon Street when she tried to make a left turn onto eastbound I-780 and was hit by a westbound 2002 Ford Explorer.

The Vallejo woman was transported to a hospital with critical injuries. The other driver was treated for minor injuries.
Police are investigating the collision.
