Vallejo, CA: Motorcyclist Pinned Under Vehicle in Highway 37 Crash
At Least 1 Severely Injured in Vallejo Motorcycle Crash on Highway 37 near Highway 29
Vallejo, California (January 20, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a motorcycle accident that happened Tuesday evening, leaving the rider pinned under a vehicle.
The major injury accident took place at about 7:14 p.m. on eastbound Highway 37, just west of Highway 29.
A party reporting the crash told authorities that their Ford F-150 pickup truck had been hit from behind.
First responders found the rider of a sports motorcycle pinned under the truck in the No. 1 lane.
An ambulance was requested to offer medical aid to the victim who sustained severe injuries. The victim was transported to Northbay Medical Center for treatment.
The crash left the No. 1 lane of eastbound Highway 37 closed for an unknown duration.
