At Least 1 Injured in Vallejo Car Accident on 80 Freeway near Solano Avenue
Vallejo, California (January 5, 2019) – At least one person was injured after a traffic accident Friday evening in the area of Vallejo, according to authorities.
The accident happened at about 6:20 p.m. Friday, January 4, on eastbound 80 Freeway, just east of Solano Avenue.
As per the officials, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation. One person was reported to be out of one of the cars and was walking in the lanes after the collision.
An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to attend to at least one person who complained of pain as a result of the accident.
The victim’s name and their current condition were not immediately available.
Lanes 1 and 2 were blocked following the collision.
No additional details regarding this crash were released.
