At Least 1 Injured in Vallejo Car Crash on 80 Freeway at Sequoia Avenue Off-Ramp
Vallejo, California (August 31, 2020) – At least one person suffered minor injuries in a Sunday morning car accident on 80 Freeway in Vallejo, the California Highway Patrol reported.
A white Nissan and a black Volkswagen Beetle collided at about 8:49 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of the freeway at the Sequoia Avenue off-ramp.
Paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that at least one person suffered minor injuries in the accident. It was not clear if the patient was hospitalized.
The Nissan had a missing front-left wheel. Both cars were towed away from the scene.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
