Three Critically Injured in Valencia Accident on 5 Freeway near Magic Mountain Parkway
Valencia, California (December 18, 2020) – Three people were critically injured early Friday morning in a single-vehicle traffic accident in Valencia, according to a local news source.
The crash, which was reported at around 5:05 a.m., happened in the northbound lane of 5 Freeway near Magic Mountain Parkway.
Authorities said a vehicle was traveling in the northbound lane of the freeway when, for unknown reasons, it slammed into an embankment.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and found three people in critical condition. All patients were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The names of the victims were not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
