Vacaville, California (April 7, 2019) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident in Vacaville on Thursday afternoon, according to the Vacaville police.

The incident occurred around 4 p.m. April 4 at Christine and Ulatis drives.

Police said a commercial van was trying to make a right turn from Christine onto Ulatis Drive when it collided with a Jeep.

Two Injured in Vacaville Car Crash

The driver of the Jeep, a 47-year-old man, was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.

A 36-year-old Vacaville woman who was driving the van sustained cuts and bruises and was taken to an area hospital.

Police were unsure whether drugs or alcohol may have played a role.

The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
