1-Year-Old Survives Deadly Big Tujunga Road Cliff Crash; Two People Injured
The truck plunged 250-feet rugged cliff off Big Tujunga Road in Sunland-Tujunga

Sunland-Tujunga, California (April 17, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Friday evening traffic accident that killed one person and left three other people injured in Sunland-Tujunga.
The deadly crash took place at about 6:30 p.m., on April 16, Big Tujunga Road.
According to the police, a vehicle went over the side of Big Tujunga Road and tumbled about 200 feet for undetermined reasons.
Sadly, one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two women, aged 27 and 56, were injured and were flown to Los Angeles County and USC Medical Center in unknown conditions. A 1-year-old toddler who was in the truck at the time of the crash was not injured.
Traffic on the roadway was stopped for an unknown period due to the accident.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
