Ukiah, CA: CHP Investigating Major Injury Collision on Central Avenue

Ukiah, California (July 8, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol said at least one person suffered major injuries in a traffic collision that happened Wednesday night in Ukiah.

Two vehicles collided at around 9:52 p.m. on the 6750 block of Central Avenue.

The vehicles were blocking the roadway and one of them was smoking after the collision

Authorities said at least one person suffered major injuries in the crash. Paramedics responded to the scene to transport the patient to the hospital.

Both vehicles were towed away from the scene with major front-end damage.

The cause of the wreck will be established when authorities conclude their investigation.
