Man Seriously Injured in Turlock Bicycle Accident at Olive and Hawkeye Avenues

Turlock, California (July 27, 2019) – A bicyclist was struck and critically hurt by a vehicle in Turlock on Thursday night, according to a local news source.
The bicycle collision was reported at approximately 9:15 p.m. July 25, at the intersection of N Olive and E Hawkeye avenues.
The accident happened when a male party believed to be in his 60s, was struck by a 19-year-old driver while riding his bicycle for unknown reasons.

The bicyclist sustained severe injuries in the crash. He was attended to by paramedics and then rushed to a hospital for further treatment.
The teenager driver stopped after the collision and cooperated with the officials’ investigation.
The crash remains under an active investigation.
