Man Seriously Injured in Traver Truck Crash on Highway 99 near Merritt Drive
Traver, California (July 13, 2020) – A man was seriously injured in a semi-truck accident on Monday morning in Traver, authorities said.
The major injury accident occurred on the frontage road beside Highway 99, just south of Merritt Drive.
As per the police report, a car went into traffic on the southbound side of the highway, where it collided with an oncoming semi-truck. The semi could not stop in time to avoid the collision.
Man Hospitalized after Semi-Truck Accident on Highway 99 in Traver
The car’s driver was severely hurt in the crash. The driver was flown to Kaweah Delta Medical Center for treatment.
