Major Injuries Reported in Tracy Motorcycle Accident on 580 Freeway at Grant Line Road

Tracy, California (April 8, 2019) – Major injuries were reported after a motorcycle accident Sunday afternoon in the area of Tracy, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

The collision happened at around 3:40 p.m. Sunday, April 7, on westbound 580 Freeway at Grant Line Road off-ramp.

As per the report, a motorcycle and a gray Toyota Camry crashed for unknown reasons. The rider was lying in the median following the crash.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
