Tony Perez Killed in Keyes Car Collision at East Keyes and Faith Home Roads
Keyes, California (February 17, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol has identified 79-year-old Tony Perez as the Ceres victim who died following a car accident Saturday morning in Keyes.
The deadly two-vehicle crash took place at East Keyes and Faith Home roads just before noon on February 13.
The accident involved a light brown Hyundai sedan driven by Perez southbound on Faith Home Road and a gray 2009 Mercedes-Benz that was heading west on Keyes Road.
The circumstances that led to the collision of the two vehicles were not established at the time of the report.
The Hyundai overturned and came to a rest in an orchard upon the impact.

Sadly, Perez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Benz operator, 45-year-old Bob Manuel Andrade, was hospitalized with major injuries sustained in the mishap.
Intoxication was not considered as a factor in the wreck.
The accident remains under investigation.
