Yucaipa, California (January 20, 2019) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured Tuesday evening in an alleged hit-and-run accident in Yucaipa, a local news source reported.
The crash happened near the intersection of California Street and Eureka Avenue Tuesday, January 15. The exact time of the accident was not mentioned in the report.
According to officials, the motorcyclist, Timothy Works, of Calimesa, was riding a red Yamaha motorcycle when for reasons still under investigation he was hit by a white Toyota Sedan near the intersection.
The force of the impact ejected Works from his bike. He was left lying on the road and was struck by another vehicle.
