One Killed in Thousand Palms Crash on Roberts Road and Ramon Road
Thousand Palms, California (September 11, 2019) – One person was killed in a collision involving a semi-truck on Tuesday night in Thousand Palms, according to the Cal Fire.
The crash was reported at about 10:45 p.m. September 10, on Roberts Road and Ramon Road.
Authorities said a vehicle was pinned underneath the big rig following the crash.
One person died in the crash. It’s unclear whether there were other injuries.
The crash caused a closure of westbound Ramon Road and Roberts Road.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
