According to a report released by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 4:53 p.m. on Highway 23 near Sunset Hills Boulevard.
The crash involved a gold Chevrolet Trailblazer, a black Toyota Corolla and a Ford F-150. The Chevrolet overturned onto its roof in the crash.
An unknown number of parties complained of pain. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to provide medical aid.
