Theresa Agustin Hospitalized after Traffic Crash on Highway 101 in San Francisco
Theresa Agustin Injured in San Francisco Crash on Highway 101 near Cesar Chavez Street Off-Ramp
San Francisco, California (January 26, 2021) – 21-year-old Theresa Agustin was hospitalized after being involved in a traffic collision Tuesday morning on a highway in San Francisco, the California Highway Patrol reported.
CHP said the accident occurred at about 11:38 a.m. on southbound Highway 101, just north of Cesar Chavez Street off-ramp.
A black BMW sedan and a gray sedan collided for unknown reasons, as per the report.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to find Agustin standing on the right-hand shoulder bent over with minor injuries. Paramedics transported the victim to San Francisco General Hospital with the complaint of pain to her neck and back.
Both vehicles were towed away with traffic damage.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
