Orange County Teen Killed, 2 Injured in Riverside Crash on 91 Freeway at Arlington Avenue

Riverside, California (January 25, 2021) – A Orange County teen was killed and two other people were injured Saturday night in a traffic accident in Riverside, according to a local news source.
Authorities said the deadly crash, which involved one vehicle, happened just before midnight Saturday, January 24, on 91 Freeway near the Arlington and Riverside avenues intersection.
According to the authorities, an 18-year-old Orange County man was driving a white 2005 Ford F-150 pickup on 91 Freeway when, for unknown reasons, he lost control of the vehicle while exiting the westbound 91 at Arlington.
The truck reportedly drifted off the roadway and struck a tree.
Deadly Car Crash on 91 Freeway in Riverside
The driver was declared dead at the scene. His name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Two female passengers sustained injuries ranging from moderate to major and were transported to a hospital for treatment.
Drugs or alcohol were not considered a factor in the crash.
