Taft Accident on Elk Hills Road near Highway 119 Result in Injuries
Taft, California (December 29, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of an alleged hit-and-run crash that left two victims hurt Monday morning in Taft.
The CHP responded to the crash site at about 5:45 a.m. along Elk Hills Road near Valley Acres.
As per the dispatch, a pickup truck crashed head-on with another automobile near north of Highway 119 under unclear circumstance.
Due to the impact, the two vehicles fall into a ditch.

Two unidentified victims were rushed to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries sustained in the mishap.
The CHP is gathering more evidence to locate one of the motorists who fled the crash site following the accident.
