Sunnyvale, CA: 2-Car Crash on Highway 101 and Mathilda Avenue
Minor Injuries Reported in Sunnyvale Accident on Highway 101 and Mathilda Avenue
Sunnyvale, California (February 8, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a two-vehicle collision early Friday morning in the area of Sunnyvale, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 5:03 a.m. Friday, on northbound Highway 101, just north of Mathilda Avenue.
As per the CHP officials, two vehicles including a Toyota crashed for reasons still under investigation.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
The Toyota sustained moderate damage following the collision.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
