Major Injuries Reported in Stockton Pedestrian Accident at Franklin Avenue and Alpine Avenue
Stockton, California (February 9, 2019) – Major injuries were reported after a pedestrian accident Friday night in the area of Stockton, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 7:28 p.m. Friday, February 8, at Franklin Avenue and Alpine Avenue.
As per the CHP officials, a vehicle and a male pedestrian collided for unknown reasons. A male was down in the roadway following the collision.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured persons. It remains unclear how many people were hurt in the collision.
Traffic delays were experienced in the westbound lanes.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
