Stockton, California (April 28, 2021) – At least one person was hospitalized with serious injuries following a traffic collision in Stockton Monday afternoon, as per the California Highway Patrol report. 

The major injury hit-and-run collision took place on the 5 Freeway, just south of Benjamin Holt Drive, at about 3:08 p.m. on April 26 

The accident involved a dark-colored vehicle and a blue sedan that crashed on the freeway under unclear circumstances.

1 Suffers Serious Injuries in Stockton Crash

Paramedics responded to the scene and attended to at least one unidentified person before rushing them to an area hospital for medication.

One of the involved motorists escaped the crash site on foot before police arrived.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
