Stockton, California (August 16, 2020) – A 41-year-old man was killed in a bicycle accident on Saturday morning in Stockton, authorities said.

The deadly accident occurred at about 4:00 a.m., on August 15, at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Aurora Street.

According to the police, the 41-year-old man was cycling his bicycle when, for unknown reasons, he was struck by a vehicle.

The cyclist was transported to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The involved driver and passengers remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
