Woman Dies after South Los Angeles Pedestrian Accident at 106th Street and Avalon Boulevard
South Los Angeles, California (October 8, 2020) – A woman was hit and killed by a vehicle on Thursday morning in South Los Angeles, authorities said.
The deadly pedestrian accident transpired at about 4:30 a.m., at the intersection of 106th Street and Avalon Boulevard.
According to the police, a woman walking at the intersection noticed the victim lying in the middle of the road and called the authorities.
Investigators believed a hit-and-run driver might have struck the female party, the officials said.
Woman Killed in South Los Angeles Pedestrian Accident
Sadly the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities are searching for the driver suspected of hitting and killing the woman.
