Minor Injuries Sustained in Highway 17 Crash at Vine Hill Road in Scotts Valley
Scotts Valley, California (July 3, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained in a multi-vehicle collision that transpired Tuesday afternoon on Highway 17 in Scotts Valley, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The collision occurred at about 2:45 p.m. on the southbound lanes at Vine Hill Road.
A white Toyota Tacoma, a black Ford Fusion, and two other vehicles were involved in the collision.
An unknown number of parties sustained minor injuries. An ambulance responded to the scene to provide medical services.
The Fusion and the Tacoma acquired major rear-end damage. Both vehicles were towed away from the crash scene.
The crash is under an active investigation.
