Scott Dewar Killed in Car Crash on San Bernardino (10) Freeway near Vincent Avenue in West Covina
West Covina, California (February 9, 2021) – The West Covina pedestrian who died following a pedestrian accident that occurred Sunday night in West Covina has been identified as 63-year-old Scott Dewar.
The deadly crash took place on the Interstate 10 Freeway, near Vincent Avenue, at approximately 7:25 p.m. February 7.
Dewar was hit by a vehicle while walking on the westbound lanes of the interstate.

Sadly, Dewar died in the accident.
Meanwhile, the involved driver stopped at the scene and cooperated with the law enforcers.
The accident remains under investigation.
