Minor Injuries Sustained in Saratoga Car Crash on Highway 9 at Redwood Gulch Road
Saratoga, California (January 12, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a minor injury accident that happened Monday night in Saratoga involving two vehicles.
The California Highway Patrol said the collision happened just before 10:00 p.m. on Highway 9 at Redwood Gulch Road.
A red Tesla collided with a gray Mazda at the intersection for unknown reasons, the report said.
An unknown number of parties suffered minor injuries in the crash. Paramedics responded to the scene to help the victims.
All traffic lanes were temporarily closed following the accident.
Both vehicles were towed away with major front-end damage.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
