One Critically Hurt in Santa Rosa Crash on North Dutton Avenue near Highway 12
Santa Rosa, California (September 15, 2019) – One person was critically injured in a suspected DUI collision early Saturday morning in Santa Rosa, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department.
The incident happened at around 2:45 a.m. September 14, on North Dutton Avenue near Highway 12.
Police said a 25-year-old Santa Rosa man was allegedly operating a silver Honda sedan erratically when he collided with a white security vehicle on North Dutton Avenue.
Man Critically Hurt in Santa Rosa Crash
The 36-year-old man driving the security vehicle was trapped in the wreckage and had to be pulled out by the first responders.
The man was rushed to a hospital with critical injuries.
The driver of the Honda was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI.
The crash is under investigation.
