Santa Fe Springs, California (August 1, 2020) – One person was transported to the hospital after being injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Santa Fe Springs on Friday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 4:09 p.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 605 Freeway near Whittier Boulevard.
The authorities said at least six vehicles were involved in the accident. The manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established.

As per the CHP incident logs, at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
