Motorcycle collisions happen when visibility lowers and it is often during the late hours of the evening. Accidents are caused by drivers who make unsafe lane changes. The California Vehicle Code 22107 states that a driver shall not turn a car from direct course or make a right or left move upon a roadway until they give an appropriate signal and make the movement with reasonable safety.

It is more likely that motorcyclists collide with motorists that change lanes unsafely.

Any party hurt in a motorcycle collision may be entitled to money when they file a bodily injury claim.
