Woman Injured in Santa Barbara Car Accident on Hope Avenue near La Cumbre Plaza
Santa Barbara, California (August 28, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Thursday afternoon Santa Barbara car accident that left a woman nursing minor injuries.
The accident transpired at about 12:45 p.m., on August 27, on South Hope Avenue near La Cumbre Plaza.
According to the police, the woman was driving an SUV southbound on Hope Avenue when she crashed into a parked vehicle. The factors that contributed to the accident are yet to be established.
Following the collision, the SUV flipped over and landed onto its passenger side.

The woman sustained minor injuries and was transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment.
Traffic on Hope Avenue was stopped in both directions for an unknown period due to the collision.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
