Injuries Sustained in Santa Ana Car Accident on Highway 55 and Edinger Avenue
Santa Ana, California (February 11, 2019) – Injuries were sustained after a multi-vehicle accident Sunday evening in Santa Ana, according to a California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, February 10, on Highway 55 and Edinger Avenue.
For reasons still under investigation, three vehicles crashed, according to the report. One of the vehicles spun as a result of the impact.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
The vehicles were blocking all lanes following the accident.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional information concerning the accident was provided.
An investigation is underway.
