Man Killed in Santa Ana Pedestrian Crash at Fairview and Harvard Streets
Santa Ana, California (June 12, 2019) – A male party was killed in a traffic collision in Santa Ana late Tuesday night, according to a local news source.
The police report indicated that a male pedestrian was hit by a vehicle near the intersection for unknown reasons. The initial report showed that the man was going north on the west-side sidewalk while at the same time, the vehicle was traveling south on the freeway at the time of the collision. It was not clear whether or not the victim was either riding the bicycle or walking adjacent to the vehicle.

The man was found lying on the pavement near the bike and suffering from significant trauma following the crash. He was immediately rushed to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The identity of the deceased has not yet been revealed to this time.
Initially, the driver continued shortly before turning into a parking lot but later called officers and went back to the victim.
No further details regarding the collision have been released to this time.
The investigation is still ongoing.
