One Person Injured in Sanger Accident at Trimmer Springs Road and Belmont Avenue
Sanger, California (March 14, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Friday evening semi-truck accident that left one person injured in Sanger.
The accident occurred on March 12 at Trimmer Springs Road and Belmont Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Toyota Rav4 was headed eastbound on Trimmer Springs when the driver tried to do an illegal U-turn on Belmont Avenue.
Unfortunately, a westbound semi on Belmont Road clipped the rav4 causing the semi-truck to lose control and flip on its side, the officials said.

The driver of the semi sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
