Officer Hospitalized after San Luis Obispo Crash on Johnson Avenue and Lizzie Street
San Luis Obispo, California (February 23, 2019) – A San Luis Obispo Police Department officer sustained minor injuries in a motorcycle accident on Friday morning in San Luis Obispo, as per a report by the authorities.
The collision took place at about 9:30 a.m. Friday 22, on Johnson Avenue and Lizzie Street.
Police said the officer was riding a motorbike and was rear-ended by another vehicle on Johnson Avenue and Lizzie Street.
The officer, whose name was not immediately released, sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
No other injuries were reported.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
