San Luis Obispo, CA: Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 101
Possible Injuries after Highway 101 Crash near Nojoqui Grade in San Luis Obispo

San Luis Obispo, California (February 21, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a traffic accident involving a California Highway Patrol vehicle that occurred Thursday morning in San Luis Obispo, according to a local news source.
The crash took place at around 7:42 a.m. on Highway 101, just south of the Nojoqui Grade.
According to the California Highway Patrol traffic incident logs, the CHP vehicle was trying to turn when it was struck by another car in the center median.
As per the CHP, up to three vehicles were possibly involved in the wreck.
Possible injuries were reported following the crash.
As of 8:32 a.m. two northbound lanes and one southbound lane were blocked from just south of the summit to Highway 1.
No further details were immediately provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
