San Lorenzo, California (April 26, 2019) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a multi-vehicle accident that happened Friday morning in San Lorenzo resulting in major injuries.
CHP said three vehicles collided at about 8:51 a.m. on 880 Freeway near Paseo Grande.
The vehicles included a gray Toyota Tundra pickup truck, a van, and a second truck.

Major injuries were sustained in the accident. The number of the victims remained unknown. Paramedics responded to the scene to transport the patients to the hospital.
Tow trucks were used to clear the collision scene.
The crash is under an active investigation.
