Desert Hot Springs, California (July 5, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of an alleged hit-and-run collision that occurred in San Juan Bautista Saturday afternoon.

The motorcycle crash happened at the intersection of Lucy Brown Road and Duncan Avenue just around 12:15 p.m.

A motorcyclist was reportedly struck by a vehicle whose driver escaped the scene after the collision.

San Juan Bautista Hit-and-Run Accident

The unidentified rider sustained minor injuries following the accident.

As per the CHP report, the crash resulted in the closure of the intersection for an unknown time.

The investigators are still gathering more evidence to locate the hit-and-run suspect.
